For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my life to holistic health and supporting women’s wellbeing.

Through my work as an educator, practitioner, and author, I have helped thousands of women better understand their bodies and support their health naturally.

A Lifetime in Holistic Health

My work in holistic health began with a simple belief: that the body has an extraordinary ability to maintain and restore balance when it receives the right support.

Over the years, I have worked closely with women experiencing changes in their energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing. Through this experience, I have seen how profoundly nutrition, mineral balance, rest, and daily habits influence how we feel.

These experiences shaped not only my work, but the way I live my own life.

My purpose

To help women support their health naturally.

To provide clarity, guidance, and understanding.

And to help women feel more confident in their bodies.

Understanding the Body as a Whole

Throughout my career, I have seen how often women are left without clear answers when their health changes. This strengthened my belief that health must be approached holistically — by supporting the body as a whole, rather than focusing on individual symptoms.

I have learned that the foundations of health are often simple, and that consistent, supportive habits can create meaningful change over time.
