My work in holistic health began more than three decades ago, driven by a desire to help women better understand their bodies and improve their wellbeing naturally.
Over the years, I have seen how profoundly the body responds when it receives the right support. When nutrition, minerals, rest, and daily habits are aligned, the body has the ability to restore balance and maintain health.

Together, we will cover topics such as gut and skin health, natural weight loss, nourishing your body type, and calming your stress switch. The event will be held via Zoom, and your Zoom link will be sent to you closer to the event date.

My I Am Woman event in Geelong will be a beautiful opportunity for women to come together, connect, and explore emotional, hormonal, and physical health in a warm and supportive setting.
